Join us poolside for some fun, relaxation and dancing under the stars! Open to all registered delegates and one guest per delegate; tickets must be purchased in advance. A limited number of tickets may be available onsite, but we strongly urger delegates to purchase tickets in advance when you register online.


Invitation Letters
Invitations letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates. Please email us at info@oligotherapeutics.org to request a letter of invitation. Please note that we recommend that you submit your application early and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a visa. The decision to grant visas is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate.


Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation of in-person or virtual only meeting registration if received in writing by September 2, 2022. No refunds will be granted after September 2, 2022 but we will allow substitutions and can change an in-person registration to a virtual registration. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to info@oligotherapeutics.org.  Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 5 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
